Logan Stampings FAQ

We specialize in multi-slide and progressive dies fabricated in our in-house tool room. All products and services provided by Logan Stampings are guaranteed to meet or exceed customer requirements. We are committed to continually improving the effectiveness of our quality management system. We offer same-day shipment of in stock inventory and ship worldwide. We build and maintain tooling for the life of each part produced.
We have capabilities of running material thicknesses of 0.010” to 0.125” (.254mm to 6.175mm). We can produce parts up to 30” (762mm) in width. Length of some parts can be as long as determined by the coil it is ran onto.
Logan Stampings runs materials such as Aluminum, Brass, Phosphor Bronze, Copper, Beryllium Copper, Nickel Silver, Cold Rolled Steel, Hot Rolled Steel, High Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Galvanized.

Yes. Logan Stampings will provide prototypes according to your specifications is order to verify fit and precision prior to the time and expense of a first production run.
Yes. Logan Stampings can evaluate your existing tooling and/or dies to establish they are in good running condition and of a size that is accommodated by one of our machines. We will use your dies to complete production runs and perform necessary maintenance and make adjustments as needed.
ISO 9001:2015 Certified. Logan Stampings participates yearly in an Annual Surveillance audit performed by our registrar along with our internal audits to assure Logan Stampings quality management system is working to its maximum potential to provide quality parts for our customers. Our Quality Control Department establishes Control Plans for every part ran. First piece inspection on all dimensions are performed by our Quality Dept., in process and final piece inspections are completed by our operators and a member of our Quality team for every production run.
Yes. Logan Stampings offers a number of plating and finish options as well as assembly and secondary operations.
